VTCT ESOL Certification introduced in Greece

VTCT is an awarding organization present in the UK since 1962 and it is one of the nine largest organizations. Its initials stand for Vocational Training Charitable Trust.

VTCT is a specialist awarding and assessment organisation offering vocational and technical qualifications (over 861) in a range of service sectors that meet employers’ requirements in more than 52 countries, securing its global presence.

VTCT ESOL International qualifications are referenced to the descriptions of language proficiency in the Common European Framework (CEFR). They provide learners with proof of their English language skills. This can be beneficial when seeking employment or further education opportunities.

VCTC ESOL International Exams are regulated by Ofqual, the British Certification Body, have been recognized by ASEP, and are represented and administered in Greece by B.E.S.A. (Best Educational Services & Assessment) that offers multiple educational and consulting services to individuals and businesses, who wish and aim to develop on a personal and professional level respectively.

As Maria Alafogianni, Chief Executive Officer of B.E.S.A., stated, the exams are administered nine times a year in B1, B2, C1, and C2 Levels and, as of July 24 of this year, in A1 and A2 Levels in both paper-based and online format. Candidates can register either through their language school or individually. VTCT can accommodate candidates with special needs upon request.

VTCT tests all four language skills and the aggregated final score is 50%.
