The newly established Teacher Development and Research SIG’s aim of is to bring together the various entities and individuals involved in TESOL teacher training/education and research to develop professional relationships and to work towards increasing awareness of teacher training/education and research both within the TESOL profession as well as amongst the wider community of stakeholders. The new SIG was initiated by Mark Osborne, Associate Faculty Graduate Program Coordinator (MA in TESOL) and Dr Kia Karavas, Associate Professor, Department of Language and Linguistics, University of Athensa.
A brief inaugural meeting will be held on Sunday 22 October from 15:45-16:15 at the TESOL Greece Colloquium on Young Leaners being held at Deree – The American College of Greece.
