Dimitris Primalis

Dimitris has been teaching English as a Foreign Language for 30 years. His experience covers a wide range of groups including young learners, teenagers, adults, exam prep classes and Business English. He has also written 5 test books for Macmillan. He is a freelance materials designer and gives workshops on introducing and integrating learning technology into the syllabus. He is particularly interested in developing speaking, writing and 21st century skills and integrating technology and innovation into the daily practice. These interests are reflected in the presentations he has given at IATEFL, TESOL France, IATEFL Hungary, TESOL Macedonia-Thrace, Northern Greece, CYTEA, PEKADE and ISTEK schools conference. He has a column in the ELT NEWS and has also written articles for the IATEFL Voices, Humanizing Language Teaching,BELTA Bulletin,ELTA, Lingua Franca and TESOL Greece Newsletter. He won with Chryssanthe Sotiriou the 2013 IATEFL Learning Technology SIG "Diana Eastment" scholarship .He also served as TESOL Greece Newsletter editor for two years (2004-2006), vice chair and TESOL Greece chair (2012-13).
