A department of Cambridge University is giving a chance for two teachers or other language teaching professionals to join colleagues from around the world for a four day conference in Glasgow, Scotland, U.K.
Cambridge English is offering two all-expenses paid scholarships to attend the 2017 IATEFL conference, the leading event in the English Language Teaching calendar, from 4-7 April 2017. Applicants for the scholarships write a short text in response to a specified task, and the best submissions are chosen by an expert panel.
The Scholarships provide a rare opportunity for teachers who would otherwise be unable to attend the conference to network with other professionals from around the world. The two scholarships are in memory of Dr Peter Hargreaves and Dr John Trim. The deadline for applications is Thursday 21 July 2016.
